The US military UCP Level 6 extreme cold weather pants are a waterproof and breathable outer layer designed for wear in heavy rain, snow, and extreme cold conditions. Part of the Generation III Extended Cold Weather Clothing System, they are worn over base and insulating layers for maximum protection.
