Product was new, setup was very easy, feels like durable well made material. Overall product is very light considering the other options in this pricepoint. I'm I highly recommend picking up the Coldweather kit and the tuffsack for this tent system. The coldweather kit turns this into a almost 4 season tent and the tuffsack makes it way easier to mount it to the outside of your backpack instead of taking up space inside. Overall great buy for this tent which is listed for $400 new on the litefight website.
